Guest Information

A few notes to ensure your evening is seamless and comfortable.

The Elements

We recommend dressing for the season as we will be celebrating outdoors to take in the lake views. For your comfort, the Pavilion is open-air but equipped with fans, heaters, and drop-down walls to suit any forecast.

Mobility

The path to the Lakefront Pavilion involves a set of stairs and a paved incline. If you require mobility assistance, please let Ethan or Emma know in advance.

Dietary Preferences

We want everyone to dine well. When RSVPs open, you will have a dedicated space to list any allergies or restrictions so our culinary team can prepare a safe and delicious meal for you.

Departure

The celebration will conclude by 10:30 PM. As ride-share services can be limited in this area late at night, we recommend pre-arranging your transportation if you are staying off-site.

Bay Pointe Inn

A Legacy of Celebration

Nestled along the south shores of Gun Lake, Bay Pointe is a storied enclave where history and modern luxury converge.

The property’s legacy as a destination for celebration dates back to the late 19th century, when steamboats offered moonlight cruises that sparked countless courtships, and travelers arrived by horse and carriage for days of music and dancing. In 1906, the site became home to the "Dwight Villa," a Colonial Revival summer retreat known for its lavish parties and extraordinary dahlia gardens.

Now a family-owned resort spanning 30 wooded acres and 375 feet of pristine lake frontage, Bay Pointe stands as a testament to timeless beauty. From the historic BoatHouse Villa to the modern Lakefront Pavilion, the estate remains a hidden paradise where nature’s beauty is brought to life.
